Web browsing on a TV
Browser TV Web - BrowseHere is a web browser designed for use on a television. It suits people who want to open websites on a larger screen and navigate them with a TV remote, rather than relying on a phone or computer. Its TV-focused controls include scroll and zoom options to help move around and read web pages.
Ways to search and open pages
Typing a web address with a remote can be slow. BrowseHere offers voice input for searches, and a QR-code option for getting a URL from a phone to the TV. These tools are useful when you want to find a page without entering a long address one character at a time.
More than a browser
The app also includes an IPTV player and a download manager, extending its use beyond opening websites. It can block ads, according to the listed feature set. These extras may appeal to people who want browsing and some media tools in one TV app; they are not necessary if you only need to visit web pages.
At a glance
BrowseHere is listed in the Tools category and has a rating of about 4.6 from 198,601 ratings. The install count is 50,000,000+, giving you a quick sense of how widely it has been installed. The figures are context, not a verdict: whether its TV controls and added features suit you is your call.
